KindCue Circuit Privacy Policy
This policy is substantive at both /privacy/ and /privacy-policy/. It is designed to match the policy embedded in version 1.0.0 of the Android app.
Scope
This policy explains the privacy practices of the KindCue Circuit Android application.
Who operates the app
KindCue Circuit is prepared for Cambridge Dog Obedience Club Incorporated. Privacy questions can be sent to cdocdogs@gmail.com or by post to Cambridge Dog Obedience Club Incorporated, c/- C Tarry, 1100 Kereone Road, Morrinsville 3371, New Zealand.
What the app is for
KindCue Circuit is an adult-handler, reward-led practice companion. It is not veterinary care, a behavioural diagnosis, certification, enrolment, or a live class schedule.
Data handled on your device
The app can keep only your selected practice station, fixed planning choices, and a fixed-session reflection on your device.
Data we do not collect
The app does not collect names, dog profiles, breed, age, health information, location, contacts, photographs, free-text notes, payment information, or identifiers.
No account
The app has no registration, login, membership account, public profile, chat, or social feature.
No network transmission
The app does not request Internet access and does not transmit app-controlled data to a server.
No advertising or analytics
The app contains no ads, ad SDKs, analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or tracking pixels.
Permissions
The app does not request camera, microphone, storage, contacts, phone, location, health, Bluetooth, notification, or other dangerous permissions.
Local storage
Selections are stored locally only to restore the current practice mosaic. They are not designed to identify a person or dog.
Your controls
Use Clear local mosaic in the app to remove local selections. Clearing app storage or uninstalling also removes app-controlled local data.
Children
The app is designed for adult handlers. It does not knowingly collect data from children and is not a child social or messaging service.
Animal welfare and safety
Content is general educational planning material. Stop, create space, and seek appropriate professional help where needed. Do not use the app as medical, emergency, or behavioural diagnosis advice.
Third-party information
The Source Shelf lists external public references for context only. The app does not open them, embed them, or send data to them.
Security and backups
App backup and device-transfer extraction are disabled. No method of local device storage can guarantee security if a device itself is compromised.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, a revised effective date will be shown in the app and on the public policy page before a release using the change.

Email cdocdogs@gmail.com or write to the correspondence address in section 2 and mark the message KindCue Circuit privacy inquiry. Please do not include dog health details, account credentials, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact and governing context
Cambridge Dog Obedience Club Incorporated is associated with New Zealand. This policy does not replace rights available under applicable privacy law.
